My place is close to the beach and coastal paths. You’ll love my place because of the attention to detail . My place is good for couples and families (with kids). You will also love the quiet and sheltered location even though we are right by the sea! The large outdoor patio adds to the space for both kids and adults during home-time.

The apartment boasts an open plan living area with all the mod cons! The large private outdoor patio is quiet and sheltered from the wind which makes it a wonderful space to relax at home when you are still so close to the beach also !

2 bathrooms make it great for sharing, as each room have their own bathroom facilities.

There are no locked aspects to our apartment, please respect our personal belongings. If you do have an accident, as we all do, please just let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix it!

We try hard to respond to any questions or problems our guests have throughout their stay. If necessary we can send someone to the property to help with something. We are friendly in all interaction with our guests and want them to be super happy on their holiday!

Newquay airport is a 20 minute taxi ride, Newquay train station is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride and the Newquay bus station is also 15 minute walk . Public transport leaflets available left for guests in apartment .

Our parking is directly adjacent to the apartments at Zinc but is a council run carpark called Dane Road carpark. Parking charges apply from March to October for each individual vehicle parked there. You can pay with cash or on Phone and Pay app from your phone. There are private steps down to the apartments through a small gate in the carpark. There is no code on the gate although it looks like there is a code panel, in fact you just lift the bolt to enter.
